templates. I've changed this one a lot. It looked a lot better before I started messing with it.
Get free graphics for your sites at bellsnwhistles.com. I think the only thing I have used from them on this site is the WV flag anigif. But they are so good they deserve a mention. They also have some cool scripts you can insert in your pages. All they ask is that they get a mention on your links page (just like this).
I upload my work with CuteFTP from globalscape.com.
I edit my work with CuteHTMLPro from globalscape.com. Occasionally, I also use Microsoft Visual WEB Developer from Microsoft. It works great for dragging and dropping things back where they belong after I mess them up beyond repair.
